Dr. Said will present an in-depth view of the Bible with principle focus on the prophetic time-line from an historical perspective.  As a book of ancient and modern history, the Bible prophetically gives a clear delineation of past events which Dr. Said will correlate with the secular historical record.  He will then describe the Biblical prophetic record of current and near-future events, particularly those depicted in the final chapters of Revelation.  The central theme between good and evil, Christ and Satan, will be followed to its final fulfillment, as an end of rebellion on earth and heaven.  Of signifcant interest is Christ's second and third coming, and the events in prophecy leading up to these momentous turning points in earth's history.

Dr. Said's further aim is to establish a clear understanding of the truth of God's character, as evidenced in the Bible.  To a believer in Christ, God is love.  To a skeptic, and for many who have given the Bible only a cursory reading, God has been viewed as tryannical and arbitrary despot, even capable of genocide.  Yet He labels killing as a sin to be shunned.  At the same time, the Bible states that God can neither change nor lie.

Such compelling contradictions are another central focus of Dr. Said's lectures.  His intention is to use the Bible to unlock God's unchanging, loving character in the face of these conundrums, thereby vindicating God's character.  Many tend to interpret God's wrath, anger, vengeance, jeolousy, repentance, and judgment as if He were made in man's image, expressing these qualities as man does.  It behooves us, therefore, to know God's experience of these qualities before we conclude that His thoughts and ways are equivalent to man's thoughts and ways.  As the Bible states, we were made in God's image.  What does this actually mean, and how does it apply to us today?

The primary intention of Dr. Said's lecture series is to clarify the Biblical prophetic record, and show why the historical timeline of the Bible was written in the sequence that it was, taking us through our current time period to the soon conclusion of this planetary experiment.  Beyond unlocking prophecy, Dr. Said intends to show how the scripture testifies of Christ, the fulfillment of prophecy and the law, revealing the truth of God's character as a God worthy of our deepest reverence and awe.

There are many sub-themes in this lecture series addressing such questions as why were we created at all, what happened at the "fall" of man, why was there a global flood and how did it happen, what happens after one dies the "first" and "second" death, what and when are translation and resurrection, what is the law that Christ fulfilled, why did Christ's first coming occur when it did, what took place at the cross, how does the controversy between good and evil actually end, and how are we each integral to how and when this happens.
